Love Cirque du Soleil? They’ve got a movie coming up

Cirque fans, have we got a treat for you -- we learned recently that there's going to be a 3D film, directed by Andrew Adamson in partnership with the visionary James Cameron, and based on the magical acrobatics of Cirque du Soleil.

Entitled Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away, the film centres on a love story, and an ethereal exploration of the worlds featured in all of Cirque's different shows that have captivated audiences around the globe -- your best opportunity to catch a glimpse of their most celebrated shows on a movie-priced ticket.

Weaving in elements from the aquatic experience of O, the elegance of Alegria, and the must-have colours and comedy of Saltimbanco, just to name a few, Cirque du Soleil promises to be everything you've loved about one of the world's most famous and successful circus troupes.
