Korean and ′Foreign′ Shinhwa Members Battle Each Other

4 August 2012

The Shinhwa members born in Korea and the members born abroad will be battling it out to determine who sleeps outside.

In the upcoming episode of jTBC’s Shinhwa Broadcast, the members divide into two teams comprised of the ‘local-borns’ (Lee Min Woo, Kim Dong Wan, Jun Jin) versus the ‘abroad-born’ (Eric, Shin Hye Sung, Andy, who all spent some time in the States) to see which team can throw ddakji (folded papers) the furthest.

Before the competition, the Shinhwa members took time to fold and create their ddakji according to their preference on size, thickness and weight.

Eric shared that he had never played the game before while making his ddakji while Shin Hye Sung shared that slipping in rolled money to the ddakji made a tremendous difference.

The two teams then battled it out to see who could throw their ddakji the furthest without it slipping over the edge of the stand and to determine which team would have to spend the night outdoors.

The game and its results will air on jTBC on August 4.
